A Walk of Hope: A Day for Carers
A special day dedicated to the mental health and well-being of carers is happening on Friday, September 19, 2025.
The event, titled "A Walk of Hope," is organized by Care Anchor Kent CIC in partnership with Baton of Hope UK. It's a day designed to offer a space for unpaid and paid carers to take a moment for themselves, connect with others, and feel supported.
The day begins at 10 a.m. at Radnor Park, Folkestone, with a gentle, mindful walk. Following the walk, the group will head to St. John's Church Hall (CT19 5BQ) for a series of activities and a free lunch.
